Jo Nagasaka+Schemata Architecture Office have designed FLAT TABLE"凸凹(convexo-concave)" with painter Shuhei Nakamura.
Opened a hole in stylo and made the place that epoxy flowed through and drained it into there.
In other words stylo takes the role of one molder's flask.
And epoxy hardened with the molder's flask, and it was made a light, hard panel such as the honeycomb panel.
In addition, I made the epoxy way which penetrated two parts at the joint.
I pour epoxy in the hole, and the joint of this table is made because epoxy is tense.
This idea will lead new development for FLATTABLE.
